Ok here's the problem i have, i brought a 9116urf wireless keyboard with build in mouse so i can use the xbox downstairs to surf the net. when plugged in boots up and works ok the mouse moves, the keyboard works but can't get the mouse buttons to work.

I also have a wireless keyboard and mouse that use 1 connection. On mine though, only the mouse or keyboard works (depending on which is sync'd with the receiver first). It's a Micro Innovations KB985W from walmart.

EDIT:

I'm a dumb@$$... had to hold sync for 5 secs on receiver, press kb sync button, hold sync 5 secs again, then press mouse sync button. Works fuggin great. $29.33 at walmart and includes the batteries.

this one works great on gentoox, must just be an issue with the earlier kernal.
