I have an XBOX with error 16. I know the erroe code but would like to hard mod this xbox.
I have a DUOX 2 chip on order.
My question is will I be able to flash the bios with the Cromwell bios on a DUOX2 chip?
Will the current error 16 present a problem as if I read right the error will go to the clock settings first.
I am wondering what options I have, here are my main 2 questions
1) Will I need to order a better chip along with a programmer so I can flash the chip before installing it into the xbox?
2) Without ordering a new chip can I install the DUOX 2 into another Xbox flash it and then put it into the xbox with the problem?
3) None of the above, I will be able to boot to the cromwell Bios without worrying about error 16 and can load the BIOS as usual?
