Ok heres the deal, I just installed the X3ce chip with the LED ext. bay swicth. It will start up like i haven't installed any mods to it. I can put a game in and it plays fine. But the LEDs dont light up and it doesn't take me to boot screen. What the hell?

Check all your connections firstly!
What version xbox is it? if its a 1.6 did you rebuild the LPC?
