Well... just saw something interesting.
On the rating tag on the back of the box, one of the items
listed next to the Mature rating is Blood.

I for the life of me just can't remember seeing any blood in this or previous installments.
I can't even think of any in the cutscenes...? (Could be wrong)

Maybe blood is in one of the unlockables?

It would be cool to be able to turn on blood and have it splatting about
just like a Jason vs. Freddy movie!

i know in hayate, baymen/leon, and ayane's endings have blood.

Helena's ending has some blood when people get shot in the head.

Yea if you want blood when fighting then get mortal kombat It would have been cool to have it as an unlockable though. The ending movies are sweet, i love the train one and the "whose there" one where she is making a salad or something. Great job team ninja.

I was reading that too the other day, and I thought about how I wished there was blood in DOA. But then I cgot confused, blood? theres no blood!

Then I remembered Baymans ending

i think having blood in doa would ruin the gaming experence and ruin the image of the series

i dont want to see super realistic blood on boobies yuck


when i played soul calibur on dreamcast for the first time i thought it was odd that i there was no blood with all the sharp blades to the face

then i realized that having no blood is no big deal and made soul calibur more special

I know this one hiyate has blood in the ending
