I want to know how i can setup Dvd2xbox on my xbox but ive already tried making a folder n stuff on it but no luck so far all i need to know is what i am suppose to do change or what.

You should just need to copy into a folder...say F:\Apps\DVD2Xbox\ and then have that folder either "autoscanned" or a direct link to it if you are using EvolutionX.....Avalaunch should just pick it up and put it in you Applications menu if you put it in that location. Make sure it has a "default.xbe" or re-download the entire package, maybe you got some corrupt files.
