not only a dash update but a kernel update too check ur system info they were both 2.0.2241.0 as dash and kernel but now there both 2.0.2255.0

For some reason the update is auto to some while otheres are asked or have to log on / out few times to update. If you want to update and it's not done auto or you are not asked, go to dash / system settings / network settings and then test XBL, you'll be then prompted for the update.

Maybe auto / manual installation has to do with weather or not you've done previous XBL update? Please give some comments on that whoever already updated.

It has to do with the fact that you can't update automatically something without the user noticing in Europe.
