Well i've had my 360 since christmas and read all the horror stories and thought nah it wont happen to me, well it did, my power supply has enough air flow because theres in nothing around it, and the console its self is by its self and is getting a high air flow, all was great until that wonderful patch! witch now i seem to be getting a GPU problem, everytime i load a game it freeze's and these pixel looking blocks appear all over the screen! so since my EB store in london ontario probably doesnt have any consoles in, i guess my option is to call MS! so if anyone has any sugestions i thought i would come here first cuz theres more brains here obviously then the developers of the console its self

The time it took to type that could have been used to Call MS so they can get you the 3 or 4 day turn around most others are receiving.

thx, just u can all understand how pissed i am, like i feel actucally inlove with this console and bought almost every accesorry and game out, and been playing it none stop now i fire it up and she is broke... like it actucally blows, now i have to go through the hastle of sending it all back and such

you will know almost instantly if you get someone on the phone who can help you, if done correctly you can have your new console in less then a week

3 Day turn around my ass! They can't even take care of my PDZ, it has been a month and a half when ever I phone they keep telling me "ok your new game has been shipped express and should be there by monday". They have said that exactly 11 times and I am not going to phone those fucks anymore. I am just going buy PDZ myself oh and good luck with getting your console replaced from MS.

nah im taking it back to my local EB games, i took out the 1 year swap plan so even if i dont get another one for another week im gaurneteed to get a brand new one, plus i just found out now im gunna keep my remote because i got one and they arent shipping anymore... wish my luck getting a console tonight

I know 3 people who sent theirs in each had 2 to 4 day turn arounds. Cant bitch about that, especially considering all were Next Day Air both ways.
