I had this same computer since 2002. I got my xbox 360, i bought media center 2005, and i upgraded it but when i install the media center, it still finds it as a Regular WinXp, It says u enter a setup key but theres no thing to enter the key.

you can't upgrade if you do it will just be win xp you need to do a fresh install

I got a clean install of MCE and it still says WinXP under system properties.

it should say

Windows XP
Media Center Edition

Scratch that, I'm blind..lol It does say Media Center Edition.

you'll be streamming away. Now if I can find a amp for my Onkyo TX-SR702 receiver to use for music that would be great.
