For those who are playing this or have played it.. what do you think?

Im trying to get my hands on the disc so i can check it out but wanted to see what everyone thought about it

its fun for a while, but losing exp every time you die gets real fking annoying. dont plan on soloing after lv 10 cause you will either keep dying, or fight easy enemies for very low exp.

Im guessing you dont play that many MMOs?
Anyways, I liked it, but the only thing holding me back was the lack of mobs cuz of everyone taking them, since we all started at the same time.
So instead, I got the PC version, and can barely stop playing

Sucks in my opinion. Graphics are awful and it lags. You can have either lag or bad graphics and have a crappy game, but this one has BOTH. *waits for a real MMORPG to come out, thinking Phantasy Star*

Its a god damn beta, what did you expect?

the text is small and its hard to read. i couldnt get into it. i have no idea what to do. check on ebay for the disk. you might be able to pick it up cheaper so you dont have to buy the mag.

Its a 5 year old game man....

it doesnt lag just has trouble keeping up with ever thing on the screen like all the players trying to load. ya gfxs arent good but who cares the game is good and addicting

Oh yeah...I guess Cecil is right. The demo IS just a beta. Sorry if I turned anyone off to this game.

Can someone please tell me how I might be able to go about getting one of these beta discs?

The graphics are PS2 like graphics but if you are a Final Fantasy fan then you will love it. I havent played it but I heard it gets really laggy and take a long ass time to set everything up. Go to gamespot or ign if you want to see how it looks.

Ok I have comcast cable high speed internet through a wireless g linksys router all the way down to my basement where my 360 has a wireless router. And I only see lag infront of the auction house where there is about 25 people. Besides that my load times are 5 seconds long literally between zones. The gfx look great to me.

I love this game try it.

Oh and also what you said about dieing and losing xp your crazy. Everquest sucked when I would lose xp and die AND have to go retrieve my body within 24 hours or all my stuff was gone. I'm a lvl 11 WHM and I am fine out by myself. Tip: use a charriot ring or empress band for 75% xp boost off of every kill that way if you die you don't lose as much as you gained using the ring.

I love this game. I mean for free, it is great! When it comes out and you have to start paying monthly, I don't think I will be doing that. But for the people that say it was bad because they played it for about 30 minutes is pretty lame. Give it a try, and play it until you acutally know what you are doing and you might like it or you might not like it. Let me just say that I don't give a shit if you like it or not...... It's just that you should give a try.

has anybody worked out how to delete it from the hdd yet?

have to uninstall through playonline to remove from hard drive..

i got MAD hooked on this game for like 3 weeks straight... lvl 26blm/13Whm

game is fun, until you realize all you do is XP up.. missions are kinda lame, but fun for a while if you get a good group

so you cant play the game without the cd? that's gonna suck.
anyway i've yet to see the graphics on the 360 as i have played the game both on pc and ps.
