I installed the smartxx chip in properly and got the lights to blink the way their suppose to,


but now the screen rolls....did the spidergx mess up my xbox?

Sounds like a video format problem. Are you using a NTSC xbox on a NTSC or multi compatible tv set ? Or PAL console on PAL tv set ?

If you are not then this is the problem. Otherwise you will need to grab the video mode switch disc from tools or software in xbox-scene.com and run this disc and press Y , B , A , X untill your screen shows properly.
