my xbox was softmodded but my hdd is crashed
now i want to install a new hdd but how i can install evox without modchip
i have read the tutorials about softmodding, but i have no eeprom.bin for new install because
my hdd is crashed

Please help how can i install evox?
Is there any tutorial about install evox without modchip from the beginning?

does your xbox still show the white MS logo when the hd is hooked in on boot if so theres lots of hope and if it doesnt a hotswap could still work try hotswapping with an old xboxhdm cd to restore the stock files youll need the stock c:\ files from ndure 3.0 pc install or an evox cd and remod with ndure and choose evox as the dash even though :cough: im an unleash x man and xbmc man myself evox lacks a file manager

while the xbox is booting i see the logo and then comes the White MS Text.
After this it shows call customer service.

Does it show an error code up in the corner? If so what number?

hi mate basically all you need to do is hotswap using xboxhdm 1.9 and build a new c partition you can get original m$ files from slayers/usual place and build it to virgin state then remod it

can it be done without eeprom?

hi sorry about my reply if you dont have the right eeprom the lock the drive then your buggered i think its modchip time
