Well, I'm more of a softmodder than anything. I began researching softmods and never veered too far off of their paths. Now, I have a bum xbox that boots to an error 21. Won't cold boot anything. So i have to get a chip. Now, I'd like to use the chip to fix the xbox and get it back to its original state. Now, after i get the chip installed and the bios flashed and remove the chip, do i have to reflash the bios if i use the chip in a different xbox?

So i could flash the chip once in the bummed xbox, then take it out and put it into one of my other ones with no problems? Thats pretty sweet.

Yeah but why are you taking out the chip from the bummed xbox? Are you just gonna fully restore it with no mods?
