ok i transfered all my games from 1 box to another i also transfered the items.xml from the c partition my games all show up under the games in the latest dash but when i try and play them it says loading then goes back to the unleash dash

Set your "Parental Control" settings properly via MS Dash and see if that solves it. I have encountered a lot of xboxes with this "problem".
