I just finished playing perfect dark zero, and i have to express how disappointed that i spent 50 bucks on this game. talk about short? I could have had the entire game beat in 1 day if I knew how short it was. 13 missions, and an end boss who was like the easiest boss in a video game since like Bowser on NES. WTF, RENT DON'T BUY! mad.gif

It isn't that easy.

And did you know it has mp?

I REALLY don't like the multiplayer on it, and I'm not a big fan of singleplayer either. I don't like this game too much, but it just LOOKS so damn good.
Mynameisbt
what difficulty were you playing on? On perfect agent the game is hard as hell.
Adam6
For me im not to bothered about the amount of missions because MP just looks......WOW! My mate is coming round in a min, cant wait to play!!! lol
langlest
i wasnt overkeen on the game myself when i first got it (bought it and finished it at launch)
but i recently ran out of games to play so im playing it again on the hardest setting & now its one of my best games! its worth giving it another chance

I was like you, i bought this finished it and then sold it because i was psised off

Recently, since no games, i bought it again.. Playing thru the mission on secret agent or higher is hard, but the most fun is co-op missions on live or the multi-player is the ebst i have ever playerd (but it takes a while to get use to it) so at first, I hated this game too, but after playing for a whiel it is truly awesome and in my opinion better than COD2, way more replay value. I just sold me COD2 since I found myself only playing PDZ

Give it another try, go online and play INFECTION and tell me your not having fun avfter an hour
nfs911
Yea, play the Mp, its the best part of the game.
metaldevil
Rare hasn't impressed me since MS acquired them. Their heyday passed with the N64.

Yeah I mean MP is pretty good, the only thing i am a little iffy with that is you move so damn slow. You would think they would have maybe increased your running speed just a little bit, to make the game more intense. Also, not being able to jump with the press of a button is kind of lame, but the roll feature is pretty cool. Yeah I played int on the easiest setting, I guess I will give it another try on a harder setting. I was just so mad, that like the game was so short. And and the end boss was retarded.
VOlition
I actually hate the multiplayer of the game, it really does suck for me. The little choice of what character to choose, everyone runs like a girl in the game serously, the maps are too big. The only thing I liked a tiny bit was the campaign especially with the gun models.
KMFDM
The game just sucks period laugh.gif I regret getting all hyped for that game and now its a game that just collects dust
kaz786
the game was so shit i didnt even bother going passed the 3rd mission and i traded it in for pgr3.

Wow.. weird.
I never heard of someone selling off a game and then buying it back.

I cant ever think of a game that I would have sold off and wanted to buy it back...

Have others done this? It just sounds messed up.

Another thins with PDZ that i was a bit pissed about: this has nothing to do with gameplay, so if you don't care just click the back button. When trying to copy or move a game ave for this game. You get an error, and the dashboard will not allow it. You Have to put the game in the tray, then go into the options, and switch the save place. THAT'S RETARDED! Why not just be able to move the save over to a MU. I bought a MU cuz my 360 was getting sent in, and at first I was told I had to turn in my HD and lose everything. So I got a MU to pull everything over on it. and had a problem with this game. I was one the phone w/ M$ for ALMOST 2 HOURS cuz this moron didn't understand my problem. I had to figure it out on my own while this retarded was humping a door knob (dodgeball). I had to explain to him what I did in order for it to move. And he still didn't get it, He wanted me to make an offline profile to play the game and then i could move it. Still didn't work. After about the 19th "Slow down, your going to fast for me" out of his mouth, I just screamed into the phone like someone was going to murder me and hung up." Never heard form him again.

My brother did that with Halo like 7 times, what a jackass rolleyes.gif

The reason i sold it was I played the first 2 missions.. and the game sucked.. I sold it. Later on, i was bored and i read reviews of how awesome the game is (seems to be 50/50) So i rented it first and forced myself to play thru the first 3 missions (which do suck badly) But if you can make it thru those first 3 missions , the game gets good, really good, so i bought it. Some people will say it's too easy, but then again COD2 on regular is just as easy for me. Pump PDZ up to secret agent and see how well yuo do. And with co-op online. In my opinion all Next-Gen games should have online co-op as standard... Multi-player is adictive, so many different chocies. Not like other games such as COD2 (which i like and own as well) but you have CTF, Dealth match, team dealth match, Eradication, On slaught, Territory, Infection, etc... and with 32 players, no lag and the options for BOTs, this game is good.... But not great, the game in SDTV is flawless, but when playing in 1080i or 720p the game has image issues, i see studdering or hmm.. I can't think of the word to describe it. But no worries

So, while you still have the game try "at the very least" Co-Op online any mission but the first 3 (they are enough to make you sell the game, heck I did the first time)

now, I am trading in my COD2 (beat it and onlien sucks) since I only play PDZ

Just saw this message

I think the fact that you can't jump was a risky part on RAREs side and is one of the best aspects of the game. Let's face it, i real life would you be jumping around when someone was shooting at you??? I always thought the jumping around (especialy in Halo) was stuipd and unrealistic. PDZ you can roll/dodge which is far more relistic.. also i agree about the running is slow, you have to press the up d-pad to lower your weapon so you only have your fist showing and then she runs, this i agree is lame
brandogg
I agree, PD0 absolutely sucks. Everyone seems like they should be in the Hall of Presidents at Disney World - very animatronic. I rented it, played a little while, and never put it back in my system.
Reaper527
people shouldn't even bother playing this game on agent. its a waste of time. i played it through on secret agent the first time through and loved it, and went through on perfect the 2nd time and beat most of the levels (still have 3 or 4 more to finish off) and only put it down because of the other games i wanted to try out (need for speed most wanted, kameo, gun, doa4, full auto) and can't wait to get some time to get back to pdz and finish it off. don't make judgements unless you play the game on a real difficulty. also, the objectives are differant on the harder difficulties and can greatly change the level (play the lab level on secret agent, then on perfect, the whole feel of the level is differant)
jizmo
When it comes to playing games, I don't waste my time for anything sub-excellent. If I do, I just end up hating myself for wasting my time with a title I didn't really enjoy. Pretty much the same thing with movies, I give 'em half an hour before pressing stop / walking out the theatre. No point of suffering the whole thing through.

This is what happened with PDZ. It never got me hooked on, and I had to force myself to play it, so I sold it. There wasn't a thing I liked about the game, starting from the art direction to the clumsy game play.

As for selling games and re-buying them .. I got rid of my Xbox games when I sold the console it and now I've bought back a few games from online auctions for at cheaper price (because I'm not content with x360's game offering atm).

So, selling and re-buying isn't always that bad idea, atleast I learned which games I want to keep in my collection.

Anyone who tells you the game sucks or that the game lives up to its predecessors is full of $hit....

I was a big fan of Goldeneye and I had high hopes for this game but the sluggish controls killed it for me.
Don't get me wrong, it's still a very solid game. It doesn't completely suck like some people will lead you to believe, but you can clearly tell this game was rushed.
Very rushed....
