I just installed my X2Pro and flashed my BIOS with 4976.02.

When I boot my XBOX it says Xecuter2 instead of MS. Does that mean for sure the BIOS is working perfectly?

When I verify my BIOS with x2bm, it fails. My parallel cable is 6 foot long. Does it fail because my parallel cable is too long?

How can I be sure my BIOS is flashed properly?

If it says xecuter on boot, you are on for sure.
