Alright, I know this may be the wrong forum but I can not find the harware/other forum. If this should be moved then I'm sorry and feel free to move it huh.gif

Anyways this is the first news I've seen on it

Might not be the right forum, but it does somewhat deal with the 360 since they are reportedly capable of connecting and functioning as a second screen and media controller.

The prototypes:

boy, if thats all it is
is a small tablet PC... big deal.
I've been playing with a lot of 'small' devices at work lately
from the Smallest SONY VAIO, which is a very teeny laptop
to small TREO units and devices of the sort.

I know there are hardware difference in comparing this with a VAIO,
but I'll tell ya now, it sucks to work on something this small for any
length of time.

Hahah... you watch the video on this thing and they say that this model
doesnt even have a flip out keyboard... you acutally have to plug one in.
yeah... a real handy unit...

...man, I was so pumped that this thing would be something cool... oh well.

the bigger Origami (the one without keyboard) should go on sale within weeks, it also has built-in Bluetooth and any Bluetooth keyboard with HID profile will work with it
the bigger one is the one WITHOUT the keyboard?? ::edit:: which will be released in like 2 years they said lol

Not really that excited about this sleeping.gif If I wanted a really small laptop I would just get one from here. Even though it looks to be a japanese product they can convert everything for American convenience

Plus I didn't like the type of keyboard for the protoype of the second generation origami. I like keyboards that let my hands flow through when it comes to typing. The buttons are so small on the prototype it seemed that it should only be used for txt msg. I understand its a prototype but they're not about to make it too much bigger because one of their emphasis on the product is its size.
