Hi all,
I have seen some American xbox lve 12 month subscription cards for sale but the seller and i am un sure about whether the codes would work here in the UK with my PAL 360?

Hi there,
12 month xbox live codes should be valid anywhere;
so the 12 month code you get from the USA will be valid to make a UK xbox / xbox 360 live account
and vice versa - for example, I sold a UK-purchased 12 month starter kit code to someone in australia and it worked for them fine.
Also note that standard (Xbox Live) 12 month codes work for the xbox 360, so you dont need to shell out any extra money specifially for the xbox live GOLD subscription, as they are essentially the same thing.
for example, recently I saw a 12 month xbox live (1) card go on ebay for £22, whereas a 12 month xbox live GOLD went for around £35... £15 difference for essentially the exact same thing.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Just missed a cheepy german 12 months card on ebay, but they seem to be going up in price again now, still cheaper than the £35 amazon prices.
Thanks for info

not sure if this is 100% true, but i've heard that any card works anywhere, except America. Americans can only use American XBL cards.
