teh xbox is a v1.1 i put in a 40 gig HD and everything was good for about a month
now when i start it i get error code 05 (HD not locked) but i cant lock it
i put my old drive in and i get error code 16 (but its been unlocked and formatted)
i was just curious if this is normal/how to fix it - or are maybe one of my solder points bad or maybe the x2lite is just gone in general?

(the flubber animation doesnt say MS or XECUTER)

It seems like your xbox is trying to boot with the normal dash board and since it's not locked you get error code 05.
seems like one of your points are messed up, check the points and see whats up, if you can't find something wrong just reinstall the chip.
