Anybody have any experience with this vendor?

Ordered a few things from here on 3/9/2006. Credit card was charged immediately but I haven't heard a peep from the vendor.

- no email confirmation
- no response to my follow-up email sent to their "Contact Us" email link several days later
- no response when I left a message to their phone number listed on my Credit Card bill (with their charge on 3/9)
- no products over a week later

Not sure when to push the panic button, but it isn't gonna be much longer. :{
