Full Version: Softmodding Via Aid3
I hooked up an OEM HDD to my hardmodded box, inserted the AID disk, and chose install softmod. Transfered it to the stock un-modded box, and error 5.
Are there certain menu choices I should be choosing?
You need the hard drive locking code that is specific to the xbox that you are going to put the hard drive into. I suggest you do some reading up in the XBE tutorial forum. Also, AID is not your best bet for a softmod. Read up on Krayzies NDURE installer.

So, is there no way to make a plug-and-play HDD for another Xbox?
