Im not sure exactly of the place. But it is a small shopping center down an escelator in this place. The guy sells 360 games for 10$ each. (and yes they are legit games too)

So why don't you just buy one from him and sell the harddrive for a 100, then the case for 150? Keep the rest of the stuff...
