Same thing here. I transfered some files to my friends xbox and it was up in 34000 kb/s was awhile ago and now when I try to do it for my own it starts at 5000-10000 then drops to 300 in a matter of 5 seconds?
The computer is just as it was when I transfered to my friend.
Just noticed that apparently the speed goes up for a moment sometimes as max speed started at 4000, then I checked later and it was 6000 and now its up to 17000 kb/s... (max)
In other words, it seems it has the possibility to be faster only that it isn't. Atleast for me.
