Transfer it to your xbox via FTP if possible, FlashFXP is a good choice, just put you xbox's IP address in and use username xbox and password xbox. Copythe skins folder to your skins folder on the xbox, usually E:/skins

If you are not going through a router with DHCP enabled, you will need to set up a static IP address on the Xbox, with the same subnet asyour main PC, also you will need a crossover cable instead of a straight thru.

I cheap router can be had for about £20, and it will save a lot of hassle.

If you are using a router do you use DHCP or static IP address's.

yeah i figured it out i just used the router. i got the skin on but its messed up. but unleashx doesnt see that so it just froze on the picture. and i can use the settings menu to change it because i cant see the menu at all. is there anyway to make unleashx realize it is a bad skin?

or a way to get into the select skins thing by pushing a few buttons if that is possible.
