can i just ftp the files to hard drive? where should they go? can i put them in the apps? also do i need mouse and keyboard to use it or can i use controller for now?
i am running unleashx.

Yes you can FTP the files onto the HD.
To figure out how search how to do a "Frugal Install" or a "Loopback Install".
You can use a mouse and keyboard, but you can also use a controller. (with X-DSL at least)
I would recommend that you use X-DSL. It won't run on a 1.6 btw.
You will be fine to use it with UnleashX.
I don't know too much about Linux, I just use it for the Mozilla browser. I do have X-DSL Frugal Installed and have it as an application under each of my dashs.

o.k. so what you are saying is i can ftp linux to the apps portion of unleashX, do i put X-DSL in the same apps folder or put it somewhere else?. if i was to create a linux disk, would i just put X-DSL into the created iso, or seperate?
