I went through the NDURE Hotswap tutorial without issue.

I backed up my files - and then installed NDURE. It complained about not being able to copy files because directories didn't exist (media/bios).

Now when I boot my Xbox up I am stuck at the XBOX Logo Screen with no way out of it.

What can I do?

i also softmodded my xbox 1.1 right now. I encountered the same problem.
Try this:
put in a original dvd (any game)

can you play that game? i can

but i do not have a solution, i own my xbox only a few hours, so i'm a bloody newbeeeeee :-)

Hmm im not exactly sure. Probably the easiest thing to do would be to hotswap and use xboxhdm to put your xbox to stock. Then go out and buy the original mechassault or james bond auf and action replay, then use krazies ndure 1.1 gamesave exploit. That would probably be the best way to go. But idk.

I ended up fixing the problem. I had to redo it all, unfortunatley my backup was bad - anyways, I managed to hotswap under error 13 and then error 21, and all was good. I'm now enjoying my softmodded xbox!
