Hey guys this is my 4th mod, and I havent come across a problem like this before....I've resoldered everything and double checked my d0 point, i'm starting to think this chip is messed up

With the chip disabled- boots with red led on switch into m$ dashboard:no problems

With the chip enabled-NO led's on the switch, and it frags, NO bios or anything...

This is about the cleanest Install i've done soldering wise, So im pretty lost on what this could be

Any Ideas?

Have you checked the LPC pins? Sometimes you can solder in the pin header crooked causing it to frag. If it looks flush with the motherboard, check that the modchip is as far down on the pins as it can go.
