Let me guess. This is from the xbdm.ini file from my XIG2 package .

Anyway, the hex values are in reverse endian(IE you'd have to put it as A9FE0004 for the first value and then translate)

So, the first one is 16925404 which as an IP is 169.254.0.4
Second is 2552552550 or 255.255.255.0
And last is 16925401 or 169.254.0.1

Also if I want to change the IP adder does it have to be in hex.

Yes it would have to be in hex.

As for the PBL, I like the version in the m8-pack thing. But you'll need the adouber BFM debug bios, not the IND bios for 1.6.
