Ok I'm sorta a noob but just with UIX I mean I already mastered EvoX and UnleashX but see I just switched my dash to this so I'm just a noob to this. Ok anyways my problem is I can't FTP into my box with Windows Explorer and its really getting to me i tried setting to static instead of DHCP. And windows just gives me this error that says I dont have permission.
HELP!!!

I have an other problem with the FileZilla client can't seem to get directory listing... so if uix was discontinued for FTP issues i guess it's better to use uleash or evox

I had the same problem and edited the uix.ini manually to static ip etc. i'm using now the uix ftp and same day i found that you need to configure the network settings in the dashboard options and not the "main" system>network settings.

I'm testing now emulators apps etc, you just need to hit Y for refresh the submenues inside hdd section. I love UIX but you need edit some lines inside the xipi xapes and text conf files
