I have opened up my case and I dont think I can get MS to warranty the xbox, but just tonight my xbox freezes about 5 minutes into a game. I am going to pick up another one and would like to make some money back by selling this one. I am not sure what the going price would be for the system but post some offers.

if it comes with everything it came with in the box $200 shipped i have been seeing broken ones on ebay for under that

Update, it now just freezes up when it starts to boot. I changed out my ring of light to just blue so I am not sure if I can get the error code.

Is this most likely a bad motherboard?

Edit - well heck sometimes it gets passed for logo and into a game and sometimes it doesnt.

MS will still replace it for a 75 dollar flat rate (if I remember correctly) if you voided your warranty.

When I pick up my new 360 I will just place this one in the box. So the person would get everything brand new except the actual console itself.

How about making it clear of what your selling? Im interested but i dont know what your saying lol your NOT selling the 360 console but instead your selling everything that came with it?...

Read the first post. You get a broken 360 plus all the accessories that come with a new one.

I will take out the new 360 and place my old one in the box. So you get everything new except the 360 which will be my old one.

I played it more today and it held up quite well for about 1.5 hours. I think its on its way out though so still accepting offers.
