I followed one of the tutorials from xbox-scene on how to tweak my xbox dvd rom so it can load up CD-RW and DVD-RW discs. Now when i connect my xbox dvd rom back and turn it on it turns on and back off, then it turns on again and the reset button light starts flashing Green And Red and it doesnt do anything. Did i Break the DVD Rom or can it be fixed?

Is the box modded? I don't think pot tweaking the DVD would cause a FRAG. It should at least take you to an error screen.

yeah is modded. now is booting up the way it should, but when i put a game in the rom it doesnt recognize it.

Time for a new DVD drive.

yeah i was afraid of that. dammit! there's no way to fix that shit? Is there any good sites where i can buy a dvd drive for xbox.

I've had good luck here in the B/S/T. Just be smart. I bought a Sammy drive from APPLEGURU. He's a GREAT trader, and normally has a drive or 2 to sell. Look him up for sure.
