The last time I installed LED's in the CP, it was great, until you looked straight on into the xbox. It was blinding. What I want to do is have the glow of the light, without having to see the bulb.
I've heard of placing the LED's backward, or maybe even in a different position to the actual bulb isnt visable from the front. Are their any tuts that cover this, or they all just cover the basic 2-LED install per port.

might be a stuped ideabut .. try putting some hot glue that should blur it a bit.

I would just dab a little bit of black paint on the end of the LED before install.

i have one 5mm UV pointed backwards and i think its perfect not too bright not too dim

buy frosted LED's OR get a piece of sand paper & rub it on the tip before installation.
