I had an old 250gb harddrive in my xbox that was starting to die, so I copied over my games to my computer with Qwix. When I put in a new harddrive and transferred the games back, most games at some point in time are giving me a Dirty Disk message. Qwix never reported any problems when I transferred it to and fro, any ideas I can try?
Also, I recently made a back up of a game on my xbox with the new harddrive installed and it gave me a dirty disk message, but it has only happened once out of many times. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks

its a better idea to re-rip them from the original, should solve your problems.
use latest dvd2xbox, think of it as spring cleaning for the games you dont play anymore.
hmmm, you say you backed up a retail and still gave DDE? what model HDD do you have? and make sure you used the proper bios and made a G drive so you dont corrupt the data by going over 137GB

Its a Western Digital 320gb. It has only happened once for a game that I ripped directly to the new harddrive.

DDE is just a generic file not found error, so by itself it doesnt really help
for your 320 what bios are you using? you need to use either F+G or format F using xbpartitioner (or you will get data corruption)
