I have the paint started and the HDD window cut and fit. I didnt take a picture with the window in. The grills and Fan covers in the Pictures are with 2 Coats of Duplicolor Ground Coat and the HDD is 2 Coats of Ground Coat and 4-5 Coats of Blue Annodized Duplicolor.

Still working on the Window for the 360 as far as design but the theme is Black and Silver.

its coming along nicely but these metallic blue and silver 360s are already becoming repetitive, as was white for the first xbox.

Also the Chrome is still on the HDD but It has Blue Painters Tape on it.

edit: To Areohbe, I figured if I am going to make a window I might as well be able to see whats inside.

AWESOME. I love the color scheme, the blue, the silvery chromeish color (lol).. the window is huge on the HD, but sweet none the less.

The pill shape is overused so I went with a Rounded Rectangle. The window wasnt super huge but I did I little mistake so my dad took it to work (he's a Tool Maker) and he fixed it. Im still trying to come up with a original design for the case.

How about you make a sweet design of your name.. Gearguy... Just some crazy design, but you can still make it out. Then cut your window in accordance to that design. If done correctly, it could end up looking pretty sick...nasty..413

Just ordered 2 Evercool 60mm blue fans off of Frozen CPU

and the cuts are in the final stages of "cleaning" then I will bondo

Also on the bottom/right side of the case I will be moving the 2 capacitors and sticking dual 50mm fans (the same ones from the Nyko Intercooler) to increase Air flow

haha, dude.. sanding blows... and not in a good way. Ive spent so much time sanding my window... close to 6 hours... 4 of those hours were today!

Well Im either going to go with a non flush lexan window or a epoxy resin window, so no sanding. Except for a little on the paint (wetsanding).

I got the letters Bondo ed today so I will probally paint the ground coat tonight or tommorow.

The rough edges on the lexan is the epoxy since its flush mount.
