I have a modded xbox with the x2 chip and using the evox dash etc. It's all running ok but I have an urge to update/flash the bios, I know where to put the files etc and what to do. But i'm unsure of what size I should use, 256k or 1mb.
Do I need to use a specific size or can i use either?

Thanks

Either, but why do you have the urge you are unhappy with the one you have, something is not working?

I don't know why I want to update it, I just have to mess with everthing and I always end up breaking things. Maybe I'll leave it for a while as does work nicely at the moment.

Thanks for the help. Much Appreciated.

If you don't know exactly what you're doing, then doing as little as possible is naturally the safest option. . .

Since no one ACTUALLY answered his question, you have to use a 1mb bios file (you can use the x2pro software to make your own 2x512kb bios), and once you flash it, you can use a switch to select the bios you want to use (if you use a 2x512kb bios).
