HI, I recently sent my XBOX to a friend of mine and he put some files I needed for a game but when I go to FTP on my XBOX I can't take anything off or move anything.

He left a message saying 'Tut tut Mike You cant take them' when i try and move/delete/rename files.

The the only hting i can do is press 'Ok'

He said there is a pass hidden somewhere.

Is there any way i can get this off. I really need this help. Thanks.

Hmm... this is interesting. I've never heard of this before. Sounds interesting... I'll try to find something out.

For now you could make a bootable Evox Disk or burn Slayer's to a CD/DVD. Then, put the disk in the drive and turn off and on the Xbox. This will give you default FTP stuff... as it sounds like he did something with the evox.ini (maybe?). With the method I gave you, you are using the stock evox.ini on the Slayer's or Evox disk.

Maybe he applied some permissions to the Xbox disk? Sounds interesting.
