Ok guys, i have just got my 120gb hdd going and every thing looks pretty good
but i have got a switch for my chip.
if the modchip is switched on every thing fine
if the switch if off get green and red flashing light and display (xbox needs service)

i think i need an updated dash file.
can any one help?

your original xbox dashboard should be named xboxdash.xbe

evox shoold be . . . evoxdash.xbe

what error are you getting? do you have a file named xboxdash.xbe are you sure it is the original dashboard file?

i copied my old C: and E; to the new hdd
every thing works fine on theold hdd but now if
switch off just get the green and red flashing light
there is a no 1 or 5 in the top left corner and tell me xbox needs service
