Alright I messed up my cousins xbox with a error 13 code and it can read games, but I can't get to the UnleashX dashboard. I tried the slayers Evox disc to fix it back to the M$ dashboard, and that didn't work because his xbox can't read it. So what could I do besides buying an unlocked HDD?

Sure, that'll re-install the MS Dash, and you'll loose all the data on there. If you want to keep your data, either use XboxHDM in combination with your EEProm backup, or hotswap into it.
