I have never heard that it appeared at X05. Is there truth to this?

Q: Assassin's Creed, Unreal Championship 2007, Heavy Rain... I keep hearing about these games NOT being PS3 exclusives, when I read the official press releases, they're not exactly clear on that issue. Are Assassin's Creed and UT07 PS3 exclusives? Timed exclusives?


A: Good question: I will attempt to answer it as best as I can. First up is Assassin's Creed, which thus far, has only been "confirmed" for PlayStation 3. Then again, it has never been stated by Ubisoft that it is an exclusive and it did appear, albeit limitedly, at MS's X05 event. Conclusion? Expect multiple versions unless Sony signs a last-minute deal with Ubisoft.

There was a rumor that it was running(Assasins Creed) on 360 hardware at E3.

was this the game i heard runing on the 360. usally if a game is going to be only for one system they say it and brag about it. it could come after it comes out on ps3 like gta did.

I would love to see this on the 360 because it looks awesome + there's no F'n way I am paying $600+ for a ps3! I watched the video interview HERE and it sounds like they are in developement ony for ps3 hardware thus far. All we can do is hope

Although they did have a grey period just before the release of PS2. Needless to say they came back to the real world soon enough.

NOPE, it is on 360 aswell, and the Lead designer lady Jade Raymond told IGN that because the 360 has better threading( whatever the hell that means) that the 360 version will have better AI. So sounds good to me.
