OK in the new version of XBMC doesent work the same

in the old version I have on my XBOX it is atleast a year old probly more

the resolution set to 1080i and I watch a video it stays on 1080i

the new version is set to 1080i and the text is way to small to see and I have a 60" TV so I set it to 720p and it is much better but when I watch a movie it changes the reslution to 640x480 or something like that

can I change this?

also the MC360 skin when I press "start" to bring up that menu and chose the "video settings" it blanks the screen out so I cant see what the adjustments are doing
