where so you want to put it? with a few little cuts you can fit it inside the front panel for underglow if you want wink.gif

I had a blue one going for a while that was hotglued in there and when I saw hotglue dripping out of my xbox I though it might be time to switch back to leds laugh.gif

People have put 12" CC on the front panel. Just take out the CC from the protective tube and stick it on there.

its not quite as easy as mickraider makes it seem tongue.gif you have to sand down a few plastic pieces to get it to fit. if you just glue it in there and put the panel back on youll break the CC into about 3 or 4 pieces.

i think its a waste unless you got like 20 off ebay for like 35cents ea, it gets hot enough when its in the protective case out of it is going to be the sun right against hot glue its going to melt. i might try this though just to see how it goes, i just orderd two.

shouldn't you use epoxy rather than hotglue?

Wouldn't it be better if he just stuck to using LEDs since they are cheaper.. and cooler... I mean cooler.. you don't want your xbox looking like this do you ?

honestly, yes. I didnt have any and figured hot glue would work. so as a warning to everybody out here, DONT USE HOT GLUE to glue down your CC on the front panel. unless you only enjoy playing xbox for 30 minutes, giving it a while to cool, then another 30 mintues, etc. etc. After an hour or two, the hotglue will re-melt and drip everywhere. Mine melted then cooled right in the crack where the front panel clip to the case. That was one hell of a nightmare to get off. And on mine, thehotglue was on the tip of the CC, not even on the glass part. Glueing it to the glass part could be even worse. sleep.gif
