i dont even care enough about the game to find out if its real or not. just posting it for the fans of the series, if true looks better then i expected it to be, although very close to what saints row looks like.

its too, bright or happy. looks good but someone carrying a mace around about to do some damage in what looks like a animated town on some nickelodeon tv show

Looks very cartoony. Not that old GTA's looked less cartoony, but something seems a little gay in this one.
Not a fan of the 3D map either.

It's fake. Does look like saint's row with photoshopped gta text. If that's Saint's Row, that game looks like crap.

for a game of that scale and freedom, i think saints row looks good especially considering all of the effects and physics they are puttin in the game. now if only the frame rate can get smoothed out, it would be an impressive title.

Yeah, IMO it DOES look WAY too cartooney and bright to be a GTA screenshot. And since it has officially been denied... well I guess that answers it.

On a side note here, what about a female lead for the next GTA? A "hell hath no fury like a woman scorn" type story line? I think that would be a nice change of pace for the series, a change that doesn't stray to far from the mechanics of what makes the game so desirable.
