I'm looking just to simply spray paint my X-Box in the style of an English flag, and was wondering which spray paints people here have used, or which they'd advise people to use?

Have done some spray jobs previously on different surfaces and know the full extent to which i need to protect the box, but i'm now wondering which sprays will better on the X-Box's surface?

This is a question in addition to those listed in the FAQ thread, whether there are any better sprays people have discovered, and largely to those members based in the UK?

Plasti-kote paint is pretty good and readily available in the uk, try B&Q or halfords or similar, theyr "superclear" clear coat is also very good.

They do a very nice metallic red, which would look good for the red cross, its quite a bright metallic red.

if prepped right the xbox will accept most types of paint, but ive had very nice results before with plasti kote's stuff.

i remember my first painted xbox was a scotland flag smile.gif

krylon and duplicolor are not so easy to get your hands on in the uk.

plasticote dont have a good range of colours full stop.

you want nice colours go to a smaller independant car shop, they always have a massive selection of colours in automotive paint which always works well.
