Well basically I mistakenly destroyed a stock xbox hard drive when trying to copy the data on a bigger hard drive.

So now I have an already modded xbox and an xbox with a store bought hardive

How can I get the store bought hard drive to work with the xbox that has the destoyed stock drive.

Can I copy my already modded xbox hardive to the new hard drive and somehow make it work with the xbox that has the destroyed stock hard drive.

Will I just a have to obtain another stock xbox hard drive?

All modding is soft modding btw.

Well if you dont have the eeprom for the broke 1 then youll need a chip or a eeprom reader..

You wont beable to install a new drive without locking it to the xbox its going into..

Hey I know a company that fixes xboxes and mods them... if u are having a problem with it they could fix they got everything need to completely fix and mod an xbox.... i got there email addy it's xbox_media@hotmail.com they have fixed mine lots of times and they do it in 1 buissness day... i also got my xbox modded by them.... they have a phone number... it's long distance tho i think... IDK i sent them mine in an email and they called me.. LOL

Well i have no ideal about the reader...

No you cant use a different eeprom..Whats wrong with the origanal hard drive? does it do anything?

So just go to google.com and search (xbox eeprom reader) theres a tut on making 1 and theres 1 you can buy.

The original hard drive doesn't boot, i dont think power is going through it, I think its completly dead.

So can I use the eeprom from another xbox hardrive or can I just use another original xbox hard drive?

Unless you have a modchip, or an eeprom reader, you can't do anything without the eeprom code from your xbox. You can't use one from another xbox, and you can't just use another hard drive. You need the eeprom code to do any of those things.
