To answer your question, it's an unfortunate no. There are people who can, but they won't to stop people from cheating on tunneling services.

You can extract the data and edit it via a program called CabExtract, but that's about it. However, the source for CabExtract is avaliable (Along with some file format info on the XenteX wiki), so you could use that as a basis for your own replacement tool.

On another note, anyone know how to extract the car models from the game data? I'm interested in just how detailed they are, given the low graphics processing capacity of the xbox.

Fair enough. I've got an app that can rebuild .CAB files all day long, but i'm running into issues rebuilding .CA2 files and get dirty disk errors. You've obviously been able to figure that out, any tips on dealing with .CA2 files? Does default.xbe need to be patched to load the modified .CA2?
