After a bit of a hassle and cleaning the d0 I got my fragged TSOP to be quiet and boot using XBIT instead. The chip works great except with one thing. I can't flash with EvoX or any other software. I *can* flash it from the PC using the cable and unplugging all my USB devices, plugging in the chip, then my mouse, then flashing, but I get an error saying "Flash not writeable!" if I try and do it thru evox. I wan't to put the default M$ BIOS back into my TSOP and flash the XBIT with a modified Xcuter2 BIOS. Can someone help?

so wait, youv reflashed your TSOP with a hacked bios to boot evox, now you want to flash the hacked bios to the xbit and restore the TSOP to the original bios.

Firstly the xbit cannot be flashed using any software on the xbox, it can only be flashed via USB.

The TSOP can be reflashed with the original bios easily but you must boot from the TSOP to flash it, make sure you lock your hard drive first though.

The xbit has alot of problems with flashing, the flash software isnt very good but there is no alternative.

All I can suggest is trying to flash using a different computer, again unplug all the other USB devices, close all programs running etc.
