hey guys wanted to know if you all can help me out here.. i softmodded my friends xbox about a year ago with the splinter cell save game exploit with the ultimate linux exploit??? or somethin.. cant remember what it was called but i remember theres two versions of it one for 2.6 xboxes and the other for all the rest... ill try to remember what it was really called.. and it was successful... it had evox installed on it on it and well it had been working fine until the other day he brought it to me saying it flashes red.. well i had no clue what the hell he was talkin about but after tryin it myself hes right theres a problem... well it doesnt boot up and just flashes green three times.. and then flashes red/green... is there a way to fix this problem without chunking it... it has never been opened or tampered with on the inside... other than my softmod installation everything looks like new... well can u let me know what i can do to fix this cuz i feel really bad that this happened... ive read on other forums that it has to do with solder joints but this CANT apply to me cuz there is no mod chip or was there any soldering or installation... so if anyone has any info please get back to me ... thanx alot everyone.. this is an awesome forum keep it up!!!

well, you are going to need a chip to fix this. you can try and install it yourself and fix it, or i can just fix it for you, or i can mod it and fix it. thats your choice, but thats what is going to have to happen.
