To get evox onto my chip, I have to burn it onto a CD-RW and copy it onto my HDD, right? But to burn Evox onto a CD-RW, must I use a DVD burner? or can I use a regular cd burner? Also, I heard that Xbox Disks are written from the inside out, as opposed to the most Cds which are made outside in. Is this true, and does Nero compensate for this if so?

thanx

all help appreciated!

Im pretty sure. you have to use a DVD-R, but if your CD-R software has an iso(image) burning option on it I would give it a shot to see.

AkumAPRIME you have alot of reading to do. Start with the Pinned topics at the top of the DVD forum.

1. Yes, you will have to put EvolutionX on a CD.
2. No, you don't need to use a DVD burner. You can use a CD burner.
3. No, XBOX discs arn't burnt form the inside out.

You only need a dvd burner to burn anything over 700mb and as the evox iso is only about 10mb just use a cd-rw that has been fully formatted first laugh.gif
