map17.eng
map17.lin
map17-i.eng
map17-i.utx
squ13.eng
squ13.eng
squ13.lin
squ13-i.eng
squ13-.utx
since the coresponding or similar files are on the disc.... not on the harddrive I'm working with a softmoded v1.1 with a stock hd, so I can't copy the game to the hd. I need to get it working from a dvd.

just copy the game to your pc's harddrive, back up the files that i suggested, then move the new and hex edited files to the appropriate directories of the game on your pc's harddrive. then burn the disc. the content that needs to go to your tdata file still needs to go there, so just ftp that over to your harddrive. then the game "should" play from disc.
just a reminder, none of this will work on live. i assume you know this, but never hurts to restate it for others.
