I have AID, how do I use that to install dvd2xbox... is it already on the disk? I';ll check.

Ok, I have dvd2xbox booted up and I think I am doing this right - but the damn thing is taking forever! I am trying to backup a game to the hdd in E:\GAMES, and it has been copying for easily 4 hours now. Any ideas?
