SEGA and FromSoftware have decided to offer the first pack of downloadable content for free. The post references the server slowdown the X360 mech shooter encountered just after the launch of the title. This pack as a manner of an apology gift to loyal fans.

The pack includes:

* "Light Arms -- a sniper cannon for fast, furious engagements. Features a smaller magazine to reduce weight."
* "Heavy Arms -- An improved HC1500/D, for those in the know. A giant cannon with massive destructive power."
* "Assist Part -- Additional armor with an enhanced KE defensive profile. It's shaped to better turn bullets."
* "Color Pattern -- A brand new World War II inspired camouflage pattern."

The pack will be available to download via the Xbox Live Marketplace at midnight Greenwich meantime (Tuesday, 5:00 P.M. Pacific) on Wednesday, July 19.
